Covid 19 Updates

Sunday Services:

We regret to announce that beginning March 22, our sanctuary is closed due to Covid 19 protocols.

During this closure, our services will be presented on-line every Sunday, and will also be available on YouTube throughout the week, accessed through the “Our Services on YouTube” tab. Also available will be our PDF and Audio Sermons, accessed through our “Sermons” tab.

Keep checking this spot as well as our phone messages for more updates for this and other events.

Office Hours:

Unfortunately, during our facility shut-down, Zion will not be maintaining regular office hours. Our administrator Dianne White can be reached at 902-566-5363

Tithes, Gifts, Offerings:

How can I continue to contribute to the work of the church during this time of closures?

1) There is a “Donate” tab on our website

2) You can sign up for automatic debit, as many have done (Call Dianne at 902-566-5363)

3) You can make use of e-transfer (Call Dianne at 902-566-5363 for instructions)

4) You can mail your offering by Canada Post to the following address: Zion Presbyterian Church, P.O. Box 103, Charlottetown, PEI – C1A 7K2

Sunday School:

Our Sunday School Coordinator, Melissa Deelstra, is preparing wonderful material and great links for children and families to continue to learn about God’s love for us and for our world. Check the Sunday School tab for all the info!

Tuesday Bible Study:

Regrettably, our Tuesday Study, “The Investigator’s Gospel,” is suspended until we can resume our regular worship gatherings.

Youth Group:

As per our existing policy, Youth Group will follow the lead of the Public School system; when there is no school, due to March Break, cancellations or other reasons, Youth Group will not be meeting.


Our choir will not be meeting during the suspension of regular Sunday congregational worship.

Special Services:

The Prince Street Wednesday Noontime Lenten Series is suspended.

Special Holy Week services will be determined as the dates approach.
